The Vantage operating standard.
Know the objective, keep comms clear, and represent the outfit well.
Contract accepted.
Mission first.
Brief the objective.
Know your role.
Keep comms clear.
Put the team first.
Support the objective and the people around you. A supply run, a repair, or a good call on comms can matter as much as a kill.
Keep comms useful.
Make clear calls, listen when someone is coordinating, and give others room to speak. Keep the banter for the right moment.
Respect the people.
No harassment, ego contests, or treating teammates as subordinates outside the game. Handle a disagreement calmly and privately with community leadership.
Play fair.
No cheating, exploits, or behavior that damages the experience for others. Follow the rules of the game, server, and community you are playing in.
Help the new operator.
Explain the basics. Invite the quiet person into the squad. A patient teammate can be the difference between a first session and a lasting member.
Keep perspective.
This is a gaming community. The PMC identity adds immersion; real life, enjoyment, and the people behind the callsigns come first.
Introduce yourself, ask where you are needed, and play a match with the team. You do not need to prove yourself before you can belong.
